Dr. Kassahun is a native of Ethiopia and is fluent in Ambaric (Ethiopian
official language). He originally became a clinical pharmacist in Denver,
Colorado before deciding to become a medical doctor, and subsequent urologist.
He has been with USON since 2004 and he practices all forms of general
urology with a special interest in urologic oncology, laparoscopic, and Davinci robot surgery. He is in the Army reserves and has already
served two tours of duty in support of “Operation Iraqi Freedom,” with
the last one in Balad, Iraq. He enjoys reading and jogging.
